Sparky Kowalczyk is head of K-9 resources at Management Science Consulting. He is in charge of confronting and resolving any disagreements that occur in the company. He is a great team member and is always willing to sit in on any meeting to hear everyone’s opinions and ideas, as long as someone is offering a treat. Sparky was from a kill shelter in Louisiana where he honed his skill to keep an open mind to everyone he interacts with. He is also a big fan of long walks with humans, quality pool time, and chasing rabbits whenever he spots one.
